We design boards and schematics using PADS Layout, PADS Logic and OrCAD Capture. We also can do ECOs on PCAD version 8 (DOS).
We can translate the following databases to PADS Layout and PADS Logic:
- CADSTAR versions 5-8
- OrCAD versions 9.x and newer
- PCAD versions 2002 / 2004
- Protel / Altium Designer versions 99SE / DXP / AD 6.X
We can also digitize gerbers.
Our schematics are designed to be easily understood and legible at 8 x 11".
Our boards are always designed for manufacturability with careful attention to placement, even at the prototype stage. We recommend designing for test, with 100% access, and can add ICT points (40-60 mil surface mount) at the customer's discretion.
All of our boards are hand routed unless explicitly requested by the customer. This policy ensures the most direct connectivity, the greatest reliability and the highest yield.
